Our Story and History

Century Glass first opened our doors in March of 1967 at 1130 Victoria Street and has been proudly serving the City of Kamloops ever since. Jack Mitchell created Century Glass with the idea that quality of goods and superior customer service were the most important qualities that a business could encompass.

Jack's son Dave Mitchell took over Century Glass in 1985. He has maintained the same philosophy as his Father and has continued to provide an outstanding service oriented business that continues to serve Kamloops and the surrounding community. 15 years later in the year 2000, Century Glass moved to a larger location at 1110 Victoria Street.

Currently, Century Glass employs more than 40 people and we have expanded our business to include in-house manufacturing of vinyl windows, entry door systems, flat glass and mirror, custom stained glass, custom shower enclosures, interior and exterior railing glass and commercial storefronts. Century also has an in-house fully qualified installation department.

In conjunction with our residential and commercial service work, Century Glass has partnered with Apple Auto Glass to provide our customers with professional installation or repair of automotive glass.
